So I decided to post some of my favorite iPhone Apps, since this post got me thinking about it. I have 6 pages of apps, but probably only use 4-5 of those on a daily basis (not including the standard ones like SMS, Mail, Phone, etc.). Here’s my favorite apps (not in any particular order) so far…
1. Twitteriffic – if you love to twitter, it’s hard to beat this app.
2. Facebook – great way to stay connected to facebook.
3. Sportacular – if you are a sports freak like me and want to be constantly updated this is the best. You can get real time scores and stats, and even create a favorites section with your own teams. Best sports app so far.
4. The Weather Channel – I love the weather. When I was a kid I watched the Weather Channel all the time. Now you can understand why I was so excited about this app. I have I think, 3 other weather apps including the standard one. This is by far the best and most accurate.
5. You Version – thanks to the guys over at Lifechurch.tv giving us this one. Now if you forget your Bible somewhere, don’t sweat it. This is an incredible app with the entire Bible on it. It also has a daily reading plan. Love it.
6. Air Sharing – if you have a Wi-Fi connection your iphone can become a mini hard drvie. All you do is open up the connection and drag and drop files to and from the Air Share folder. I have all kinds of files that I have are in this folder. It holds almost any file imaginable. I have my whole Chord Chart library in their, in case I need a chart on the fly.
7. NetNewWire – great way to keep up with your blogs on the go.
Like I said, these are probably my favorites (and the ones I use the most). I just realized that I didn’t even include some games on this list that are fun to play and kill some time. Who knows, maybe tomorrow I’ll find another app that will become a favorite.
